چکیده
In the paper, influence of modified Angren kaolin on properties composite elastomeric materials based butadiene-styrene rubber has been established that addition into mixtures instead gas pedals, activators and mineral fillers causes intensive connection sulfur with macromolecules. Adsorbed surface particles its uniform distribution in composition formation structure equal force were determined. This effect shows curing processes accelerates activates affects grid strength helps throughout composite. It introduction MAK elastomers more than 50 wt. % per 100 changes technological technical materials. The application pedal, activator vulcanization filler allows making goods various purposes.

Hydrolytic stability of experimental hydroxyapatite-filled dental composite materials.
OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior in water, related to mechanical properties, of experimental composites for dental restoration. METHODS The studied materials were composed of a visible-light-curing monomer mixture (Bis-GMA and TEGDMA or HEMA) and micrometric, nanometric or a mixture of both sizes hydroxyapatite particles as a reinforcing filler. Filler particle...
متن کاملElectrical Properties of Composite Materials with Electric Field-Assisted Alignment of Nanocarbon Fillers
The article reports about electric field-induced alignment of the carbon nanoparticles embedded in epoxy matrix. Optical microscopy was performed to consider the effect of the electric field magnitude and configuration, filler morphology, and aspect ratio on alignment process. Characteristic time of aligned network formation was compared with modeling predictions. Carbon nanotube and graphite n...
متن کاملCarbon Nanotubes Filled with Ferromagnetic Materials
Carbon nanotubes (CNT) filled with ferromagnetic metals like iron, cobalt or nickel are new and very interesting nanostructured materials with a number of unique properties. In this paper we give an overview about different chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods for their synthesis and discuss the influence of selected growth parameters. In addition we evaluate possible growth mechanisms invol...
متن کاملComparison of submicron-diameter carbon filaments and conventional carbon fibers as fillers in composite materials
This review provides a comparison of submicron-diameter carbon filaments and conventional carbon fibers as fillers in composite materials. Carbon filaments (0.1 mm diameter, catalytically grown) are superior to conventional carbon fibers (discontinuous) as a filler in providing polymer–matrix and cement–matrix composites for electromagnetic performance, but are inferior to the fibers as a fille...
